- Scope of Service and Geographic Target
Our services and products are primarily offered and shipped to customers residing within the European Union and Europe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are a consumer or business entity located within our servicing regions. - Orders, Processing, and Fulfillment
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation.
Shipping Partners: We collaborate with major international and regional carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to deliver your purchases.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery is estimated to take between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

- Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership
In compliance with mandatory European consumer protection legislation (specifically the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of damage to or loss of goods shall remain with the merchant and shall only transfer to the consumer when the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. In such instances of defective or damaged delivery, the customer is not required to return the physical damaged item; upon verification of the photographic evidence provided, we will proceed with a full refund or a replacement dispatch.
